Background: Ryan received his B.F.A. in graphic design from UW-Stout in 2004 and has over 5 years of experience in the advertising and design industry. Being a musician himself, he also has over 8 years of experience in the music industry and is a guitarist in the Minneapolis rock band, Throw The Fight. Throw The Fight is currently signed to Cordless Recordings, a Warner Music Group label. Ryan acted on behalf of the band as the band’s manager and agent for the groups first 5 years. The band is now represented for management by Legacy Management Group and booking under The Kirby Organization and ARM Entertainment.

Through his dedication and direction, Throw The Fight has secured a record deal with Warner, toured the country numerous times, developed a massive online web presence, promoted successful college and commercial radio campaigns, found song placements on numerous MTV and VH1 shows, and sold over 7,500 albums and 25,000 digital singles – among many other things. In 2006 Throw the Fight was voted as one of the top ten unsigned bands in the country by Alternative Press magazine, which is a testament to Ryan’s work ethic.
